  I do not have a premium account. If I make someone else who has premium an admin of my site, do we both get to use premium features for that site?

  Hi there,

  If you have a premium plan on your site, all admins on your site will be able to do stuff like upload video and audio and add custom CSS in the Customizer. But only the admin who bought the plan and added a domain will be able to renew, manage or cancel the plan and the domain, and only the plan owner will have access to live chat support.
