  Am I paying 10.95 per month or 129 all at once it is trying to charge me 129..I don’t understand why its lump sum! Will it charge me monthly ?

  There are no monthly payment plans. We are billed annually and we must pay for all upgrades in full at the time of purchase after selecting a plan.
