  I am trying to purchase the free trial. Every time I check out, it says all my card info is wrong. I’ve double checked several times and I know I am putting it correctly. What do I do?

  It appears you were able to start the free trial. Were you able to determine what the issue was with that card? I’d like to report this to our developers.

  There wasn’t a problem with card. For some reason, wordpress wouldn’t support my purchase on my computer. I switched to my iPad and tried it, and it worked.

  Glad it worked out in the end. :)

  What browser and operating system were you using on your computer? I’d like to test this out myself to see if I can find the cause.
