    Hi, I just canceled my premium membership. Can you check if i did it right, and do i get my money back?

    I have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.

    Also if you don’t mind my asking, what prompted your cancellation? I see you upgraded quite recently so I was wondering if you had some issue regarding your site or the upgrade? I see this is your first outreach to us, and if it’s not too late we’re happy to take a closer look.
