  Can i kindly check if i upgrade an account to premium, will all the blogs under the account go premium, or only one blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Premium upgrades (and premium themes, for that matter), only apply for one blog.

  Oic, so even if i pay for the $99, it only affects one blog? and not all the blogs in the same account?

  That aside, if i have a zip theme file, how do i install it?

  Correct, just one blog.

  We can’t install our own theme here on WordPress.com, there are pre-selected themes that we can use and customize using the Custom Design upgrade.

  If you absolutely need to use your own theme, then you will need to use the self-hosted version of WordPress (commonly known as the WordPress.org version). See here for the difference between WordPress.com and .org: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
