  If I get Premium can I upload my own header, logo and embed an mp3 player in the site? I don’t want to link to something external.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Whether or not you can upload a header and logo is related to the theme you decide to use, rather than any upgrades. Most, but not all, of our themes allow for a header image of some sort.

  As far as audio goes, we offer several different options:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/

  If you wish to upload audio files to your site, you will need a space upgrade, but that is part of the Premium plan if you decide to purchase it.
