  – apply to multiple websites or if the fee is per website

  can you advise if the premium/paid wordpress packages include:
  – hosting

  All the packages include hosting, because the hosting is free. You don’t need a plan/package for hosting.

  – apply to multiple websites or if the fee is per website

  The fee is per blog/site, per year.
