Premium $99 deal w/ themes?

  I’m looking into your premium upgrade packaged deal (incl. free domain registration) for a yearly subscription of $99. Does it come with themes (specifically Gridspace) or would I have to purchase that $70 theme as well?

  No, if you want a premium theme that would be a separate purchase. That theme purchase is a one-time fee (I think for 1 blog), while the upgrades for domain registration and the other upgrades included in the bundle must be paid yearly for each blog.
