  I subscribed to premium and none of the features work : no video press, max 1 Go upload and all the “premium” themes are still due ! Why ? Where are the free or included themes ? I don’t see them. Well, I see them but I still have to pay… Can I get a refund or can you tell me why all the premium features won’t work please ? 80 € is a lot of money these days…

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
