    It seems I have 2 blogs set up elafood2013 and elafood. I upgraded elafood2013 to a premium account but I want it transferred to elafood, you can cancel the Elafood2013 blog. Is it possible or do I have to cancel one transaction and do the other one?

    Hi Beth,

    I only see one blog at http://elafood.wordpress.com/ linked to your account, and I don’t see any WordPress.com Premium purchases or other upgrades. Did you use a different account to upgrade the other blog? Also, could you share a link to that blog?

    If the upgrade you purchased is on a different WordPress.com account, the easiest way to go from here is to cancel the purchase and use your elafood account to purchase it for your blog at elafood.wordpress.com.

    Another option is to add your username elafood as an administrator on your other blog. We have more information about how to do that here: Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers

    Then, you can contact us from the account you used to purchase the Premium upgrade and request that we transfer the upgrade to your elafood account. (We need to get that request from the account that you used to purchase the upgrade to confirm it.) Once your elafood account owns the upgrade, you will be able to transfer it to your blog at elafood.wordpress.com.

    How can I cancel the upgrade for the elafoodblog, I’m pretty sure that is the one I upgraded.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for that additional information. To cancel the upgrade for elafoodblog, you’ll need to log in to the account you used to set up the blog. Then, you can go to Store > My Upgrades in the blog’s dashboard and click on “Cancel and Refund” to cancel the purchase for a full refund.
