  I currently have a free account with 5 blog sites. If I upgrade to a Premium Account, will that give me a custom site address and 13GB storage for each of my 5 sites? Or does the upgrade only apply to one of my 5 sites?

  The Premium plan applies to one site.

  And there’s nothing in between “Free” and “Premium”?

  If you only want a custom domain name, you can choose just that. If you want extra storage or custom CSS, then Premium is the only option.
