Premium account, 4+Days between replies from livechat support in 10 Days

I have a customer service issue with my account, and I wanted to discuss clearing the account issue up as I must have clicked something years ago and added a second domain?
I also wanted to address plan issues with support. But stamping a letter to get a reply right now would be faster. 24-hour reply time.. not even 1 time in the series of questions I have had in days have I gotten a reply anywhere close to 24 hours.
Funny you have taken my payment on time every time for more than 10 years. I bet if I took more than 24 hours to pay you, I would have you all up in my email or shut down my site.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
