  Hi there,

  I will try to help you with this. Firstly, there is nothing such called as Premium account. WordPress.com offers Premium plan along with other plans for sites.

  I believe you are asking if you can have different sites with same premium plan.
  Sadly, the answer is no. You can create different sites with one account. But an upgrade plan is specific to a site. One premium plan cannot be used for all the sites you have linked with that account.
