  So i just bought a premium account for my school’s website, but when i was purchasing it, i didn’t realize I was setting up a new account. I thought i was tying the premium version to my schools account. Please help!

  What is the account that you accidentally created and purchased the upgrade under? The account you are contacting us from does not have any history of purchases. If you can post in this thread under the account connected to the upgrades, we’d be happy to further assist you.
