Premium Account access recuperation – E-mail lost

Hi,
I have a premium account (with another email address, not this one obviously), and I just cannot access it since I lost the access to the email that I used to do the WP account.
I tried to recuperate it using the PayPal invoice code but it is not working! I need urgently to solve this problem, cause it’s very frustrating to pay for a service and not be able to use it.
PS: The information that I have are: The email that I used to create the WP access, the URL of the blog and also the billing information from my PayPal.

We have very strict processes in place to prevent unauthorised access to WordPress.com sites and accounts, and we do not make any exceptions in this regard.
