Premium account and DNS

  I bought my Premium account, where I can change my wordpress(default) domain to new one. Unfortunately on trial free it was working and now when I paid, its not. Only thing I see it is DNS needs to be updated. How can I fix this problem?

  Hi there,

  You registered atoachannel.com with us on March 2, 2015 along with a Premium free trial, but on March 10th, 2015 that domain name was cancelled. When a domain name is cancelled it enters a process very similar to domain expiration outlined here:

  You can see the domain’s public WhoIs status here:

  http://who.is/whois/atoachannel.com

  It currently has an ICANN ‘redemptionPeriod’ status which means it can not be registered or modified until ICANN has finished that cancellation process:

  http://www.icann.org/epp#redemptionPeriod

  When you started a new Premium plan on March 26th, you didn’t re-register atoachannel.com, you setup domain mapping, but the problem is that domain is not active to be mapped because of when you cancelled it on March 10th.

  I’ve removed that invalid domain mapping from your account.

  You can either wait until atoachannel.com is available to the public for registration again, or you can register a new domain.

  Okey, I tried now once more, since .com became available. I registered new one and it was said it will be working in few minutes. Nothing happened. I still see DNS needs to be updated, but also this time under my domain I see different label: domain registration.
  http://who.is/whois/atoachannel.com here I can see it is active

  So is there again some problem?

  You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. (I tried even some cancelling today), but unfortunately
  I can’t even do that one.
  Can someone help?
