Premium Account and how to organise the blog page as a grid page

  Dear,

  I hope you are well. I wish you a happy new year!

  I have 2 concerns

  First, when I went to the wordpress support page, I was not able to register. The website said to me that I am not registered. On another page, they offer me to go premium, which I have been for a week now. Could you please confirm that you have the same information and sort these issues.

  Secondly, I would like to keep my Front Page as a Static Page AND have my Blog Page with a grid template configuration. Could you please tell me how to that?
