I’ve purchased a premium account and have been credited for it, however in my profil it says that I’m still in free trial.Can someone provide help.

Hi there @calixte971, I don’t see any payments on this account, so I’d bet you have more than one. Can you confirm the domain name associated with the premium plan?
You can also log out and log back in using the email address that got the receipt — that should be the correct one.

Regarding the domain it is the one linked with my account which is actually : https://calixteautoexemple.wordpress.com/Sadly I already tested to log out/log back to the account without result.
Will you need the transaction number or any other information to resolve the problem ? -
