PREMIUM ACCOUNT DOES NOT WORK AND I CANNOT GET A REFUND!

    I have upgraded my account through on the 31st December.
    I paid £74 and since then no features are working as I expected (no video, no email support…)
    I do not know if I did not choose the good plan because when I came on the support page they offered me to upgrade my account while I was logged in but for £84 this time.
    Considering that I am still in the 30 days after purchase, I wanted to cancel through my wordpress account but I get a message saying that I cannot get refunded.
    Can someone help me?
