Premium account lost

Yesterday I tried to link my existing wordpress website to shopify however something went wrong. I couldn’t go to the admin page of my wordpress and it kept redirecting me to my shopify.
Somehow while trying to fix it I deleted my premium subscription.
Now I can’t get into my website and I’ve no idea how to fix it. Is there a possibility to restore my premium subscription and get access back to my website?

    Thank you!

Also it’s not for thebamboovement.wordpress.com but for thebamboovement.com
Somehow I’m not able to make any changes to the website anymore and I’m afraid that all of the content is gone and I have no idea how to get it back..

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi cierrayjosh,

Also it’s not for thebamboovement.wordpress.com but for thebamboovement.com

thebamboovement.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy, rather than WordPress.com:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

There are no WordPress.com upgrades for this site and it has no connection to WordPress.com.

Somehow I’m not able to make any changes to the website anymore

I’ve visited thebamboovement.com but the site is loading at the moment so I recommend contacting GoDaddy for more information about what is causing this to happen.

Is there a possibility to restore my premium subscription and get access back to my website?

I can see you previously purchased a Premium plan for thebamboovement.wordpress.com back in October but cancelled it yesterday. Is this the site you wish to continue using the Premium plan for?

Or is thebamboovement.wordpress.com no longer needed because you plan to use thebamboovement.com going forward? thebamboovement.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com so it’s won’t be possible to add the Premium plan to this site.

Just let me know and we can go from there.

    Thank you for your reply.

I previously had connected the premium plan to thebamboovement.wordpress.com however I was using wordpress to make changes to thebamboovement.com
Godaddy told me I could connect thebamboovement.com to wordpress again however I need a premium plan to connect it, which I accidentally cancelled..
Is it possible to restore this?

Also I’m a little confused as I changed the whole website for thebamboovement.com on wordpress and not for thebamboovement.wordpress.com, do you know what happened there exacatly then?

  • We’ve restored the premium subscription for you, so now you can add a custom domain to thebamboovement.wordpress.com if you’d like.

Did you want to use blog.thebamboovement.com as your custom domain? To clarify, a custom domain will display the same site ( thebamboovement.wordpress.com ) but with a different address. If so, here’s how to do that:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/

You’d also be welcome to use thebamboovement.com as your custom domain here, and point shop.thebamboovement.com to Shopify if you’d like. For that, I’d recommend mapping thebamboovement.com here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

And then change our DNS settings to point to your shop:

    Manage Your DNS Records

If you need help with either of these, let us know. Our support team is a little slower on weekends, but know you can reach out here: http://wordpress.com/help/contact
