Premium Account Removed

  I have a paid premium account. I wanted to add Google Workspace to the account. I went through WordPress. Was not aware that WordPress was then going to charge to upgrade my WordPress account when I clicked to add Google Workspace. Once it all loaded I not only found that I was not able to upgrade the Google Workspace to a higher level, but also saw the WordPress enrolled me in a business account. Immediately canceled those changes. Now I no longer have premium access to my WordPress and it is asking me to pay again for the year I already paid for to use the features with the premium. Including live support. Stated I need a paid plan. I have a paid plan and can’t use it. Please advise?
