Premium Account Renewal Failure

  Hi,

  We recently noticed that our premium site did not get renewed, so it reverted to the version without upgrades.

  If I were to re-purchase the premium upgrade, would my custom setting be restored to how they were before?

  Please let me know.

  Okay, I renewed my premium account, but the custom design has not returned. Is there any way to make that happen?
