Premium Account Storage Not Recognized

Although I have a Premium account, I do not seem to be able to upload audio files. It looks as though the system does not realize that I should already have Space.
Please advise.

I just wanted to make sure that we’re talking about the correct blog. I’ve verified that for your blog absorbingenglish.wordpress.com, your upgrade does indeed seem to be active, but on englishcuppaandchat.wordpress.com, you don’t seem to have an upgrade.
So which blog are you trying to upload audio files to?

You’ve just hit the nail on the head. The absorbingenglish one is obsolete. I have just started afresh with englishcuppandchat and that’s where I was trying to upload the media files.
I did not realize that the Upgrade only applied to one blog – I thought it was to the whole account.
If I delete the first one, will the Upgrade then work on englishcuppandchat?

Hiya,
No it won’t by default, but I can go in and as a one-time courtesy apply the remaining time over to your new blog.
Remember that once I’ve done so, any videos or audio files which were previously uploaded to your old site will stop functioning. Let me know if you are OK with that and I’ll make that change!

Not a problem at all!
I’ve gone ahead and switch those over. Please note that while your old premium account was set to autorenew on 3rd September, this new one is not because there is no payment associated with it. We’ll send you emails when the time comes, just don’t be surprised!
