Premium account supposed to supply live chat support and it doesn’t work

I took out the premium account access specifically for the live chat support.
It is not working – I can only access forums.
It seems the live chat support option may have disappeared shortly after the refund period.
Why?

Thanks for letting us know that this isn’t working. You should be able to reach live chat support by clicking the live chat option on https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
Please take a screen shot of what you’re seeing if that option does not exist so we can take a closer look.

Okay, I see the problem. You do not have a premium plan on this account.
Click on My Sites – Upgrades to verify that.The premium plan, which is your hosting plan, was cancelled and refunded. There’s only a domain registered with us now. That’s why you’re seeing the forums as your only option for support.
Double check with your bank if not seeing that refund on your statement. Sometimes they mark it as a reversal rather than an actual refund. The funds have been returned from our end. If you’d like to repurchase that hosting plan I’ve provided a link below.
