Premium account, user or domain?

  Is it possible to manage more than one domain with just one wordpress account?

  In that case, if I pay for the premium service with my account, I must do it for each domain? Or the fee is independent from the quantity of domains I am managing?

  The fee for a domain and domain mapping is per domain. Upgrades are associated with the blog from whose dashboard they are purchased; they are not associated with the username.
