Premium and main page

Dear WordPress, I’m trying to find out two things.

    1) What are the benefits of going Premium?

    2) How do I make my sticky post the only post on the page, and have it followed by links to my articles instead of just scrolling down to find them. Right now I can’t tell who is reading what based on accessing my main page.

P.S. I had a widget at the bottom of my screen for weeks that I could hit for help and now when I need it it’s gone.
