  I have purchased a Premium blog and started work on the page but cannot access the editing function because WordPress only recognises a previous account and says I don’t have any WordPress sites even though I have just purchased one

  Hi @marionwelham2016, can you send a link to the site you’re trying to work on? I don’t see any under this account. My guess is you bought the upgrade under another account.

  Thanks so much for your reply and for sorting this out. The problem arose because I had an existing site and also an earlier one which contained an email from my previous employer that was no longer valid. All sorted now!
