  I understand the basic stuff I am getting. Before I buy the 99 dollar premium bundle, will I get more widgets? Will I be able to get SEO?

  So I would have to go to wordpress.org in order to get things like jetpack and slideshow widgets

  Please understand this. The Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me contains all the stuff we have built in here at WordPress.com. It was created to appease the WordPress.org bloggers who use free wordpress.org software to make a living from and who flocked to Wordcamps complaining that they did not have parity with us WordPress.com users.

  One more questoin, how long does it take for the blog to be updated after the purchase, (dropping of .wordpress in the url)

  Usually it is less than 24 hours for propagation.
