Premium Bundle cancellation

  I’m trying to cancel my Premium bundle not my domain name. I clicked the cancel and refund button several times, but no confirmation email. Please help, thanks.

  I cancelled your WordPress.com Premium plan but left your custom domain name. I also issued you a refund for $81 ($99 minus the cost of your custom domain).

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
