Premium Cancellation

    Good morning,

    I purchased a premium account on December 10th but this was in error and I no longer need this kind of access (actually I am not going to be publishing a website at all. I didn’t realise I only had 30 days to cancel and being only 8 days over I was wondering if you could possibly make and exception and refund my payment?
