Premium Cancellation

Hi I ordered Premium onto this account however I needed to do it specifically for the individual website. Now I need to cancel this premium however I can’t do that. I am within the 30 days cancellation period.

If this hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance. They can move the Premium plan to a different website under your account or refund your purchase.
