Premium content not showing up + Stripe Connection Issue

I previously added subscription content on my website and used the Premium WordPress plan.
Tonight, I upgraded to the Business WordPress plan. Now, none of the premium subscription content is showing up. The error that I see is that it’s asking me to connect a Stripe account.
The problem is that I already have a Stripe account connected and paying subscription users. If I disconnect my Stripe account, I’ll lose those subscriptions. However, I can’t seem to have my site recognize that I’ve already connected a Stripe account.
Help here would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve done some digging and it looks like this is a fairly new recent issue that’s cropped up when switching plans. I am able to replicate what you’re behaving there!
I’ve filed a report internally and we’re taking a look to see what could be with this particular block and we appreciate your patience!
We’ll update this thread once we know more.

Is there maybe a timeline that I can tell our subscribers? We’ve been using WordPress subscription as an alternative to Patreon and it’s our main income stream as authors.

Hi @aisajib @supernovia @aleone89. Checking in here. Is there any update here? This is really important to me and it’s been about a week since we first encountered the issue (and it was caused by giving more money to WordPress!). Is there a way that we can fix the issue for our website first?
I like WordPress a lot but this is extremely distressing, especially when we chose WordPress’ subscription product over Patreon
