Premium CSS edit

  If I go premium, can I edit (with CSS) blogs that I am invited as a Administrator?

  Like if someone invite me to be the administrator of a blog that already exists, can I use my CSS tools on it?

  The Custom Design upgrade is per blog, so you can use the tools on another blog if you are an administrator on the blog and if Custom Design has been purchased on that blog.
