Premium Design Refund

I understand how to get to the my upgrades part of trying to get a refund for a premium theme but nothing seems to happen when I click on the link to get a refund. I just purchased it and I didn’t realize the menu bar looked like it did.
It is the Espresso theme I am trying to get a refund for.

I’ve removed and refunded this theme, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
