Premium domain.

  I bought a domain and then upgraded my account to premium. I canceled the domain in order to register it under my premium account. How long should it take for me to be able to add the domain to my premium account?

  What is the URL of the domain referred to?

  Are you referring to johnhackney.net?

  You did not have to cancel your domain to move it over to your new blog address. If you intend on using the domain with another blog or host, never cancel them. Staff can combine the domain with your premium plan without the domain having to be canceled.

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore johnhackney.net to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
