Premium Expiration

  Hello there!

  I received a notification that my premium account is expiring, but I no longer operate on WordPress.org, I am not self hosted on WordPress.com and that was set up in February. I just want to make sure that I won’t lose capability on my new site once this premium expires.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  I just want to clarify what you’re looking for so we’re both on the same page.

  Your domain mykidhaspaws.org (which is an awesome domain!) is currently running a self-hosted site. However, it’s bundled under your Premium bundle at WordPress.com. You don’t want to pay the $99 Premium bundle fee, but you would like your domain to still be up and running. Is that correct?

  If so, just reply back to confirm. I’ll remove your domain from the Premium bundle so you can renew it for $18 versus the $99 for the Premium Bundle!

  Hi Jeremy,

  Yes, you are correct! I no longer need the premium theme, since I have a theme that is build in to my self hosted site.

  Hi Rachel!

  I went ahead and removed the Premium bundle from your account. You can now renew just the domain following the instructions here:

  https://mykidhaspawsdotorg.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  I left the Premium theme on your account since that never expires and will not require any future payment.
