Hi there!
On the Premium plan, you can create forms with our Form Block. From the Form Responses section of your site settings, you can then export the responses in either a CSV File or via Google Sheets. Unfortunately, this option doesn’t allow for a thank you page with a link.
You could send the link to them once they complete the form or you can hide the link on a password-protected page and provide them with the password to view the link.

Our Business plan will give you more flexibility in creating the lead-generating form as plugins are allowed on this plan. There are lots of lead generating plugins/forms out there. With some customization (via WordPress developer) and possibly a redirection plugin, you can redirect users to the thank you page once they fill out the form. Although I personally haven’t tested this non-WordPress.com tutorial, you may find it helpful to reach our goals on the Business plan here.
