premium 'features', transferable? Preium themes, what are 'included'?

  I (dkmj) am premium but can’t transfer custom domain name mapping to main blog (today at dkmj.wordpress.com – would love to have it point to http://www.nou.com). also, premium Q: are premuim themes part of the premuim package? all price points?

  I did get premium for one of my two blogs back in mid november 2013, later got help to transfer ‘premium’ to main blog, but custom domain mapping did not ‘follow’, and question of premuim themes remain.

  Hi Peter,

  Would you like your domain mapping for the subdomain surdegsresan.nou.com transferred to your main blog, or would you like to have the main domain nou.com used on that blog?

  If you want the domain nou.com mapped to your main blog at dkmj.wordpress.com, you can do that by following this guide: Map an Existing Domain

  If you want to transfer your domain mapping for surdegsresan.nou.com, you can do that by following these steps: My Upgrades: Transferring Upgrades

  No, premium themes are not included in the WordPress.com Premium“>WordPress.com Premium upgrade. Premium themes can be purchased separately by going to Appearance > Themes in your blog’s dashboard and clicking the Purchase button on the theme you want for your blog.

  ok, thanks so far. have transferred ‘premium’ to my ‘main’ which is dkmj.wordpress.com

  my other blog still shows (in the list under my upgrades) as surdegsresan.nou.com… while the primary shows as dkmj.wordpress.com…

  what i want is main blog to be http://www.nou.com

  my dns provider provider already points http://www.nou.com to dkmj.wordpress.com

  can’t manage to revert surdegsresan… to surdegsresan.wordpress.com and get main blog to show as http://www.nou.com

  Hi Peter,

  To use the domain nou.com with your main blog, you’ll need to map that domain to your main blog with this guide: Map an Existing Domain

  You can add that domain to your blog under Store > My Domains in your blog’s dashboard. Since you have WordPress.com Premium, you can add that domain to your blog for free.

  That’s completely separate from the domain mapping upgrade for your subdomain surdegsresan.nou.com. You don’t need to make any changes to that subdomain.
