Premium fee charges won't refund?

I’ve been trying to cancel premium fee charges since November 18, 2014 when I saw the charges in my account on November 17, 2014. From two different PCs and my cell phone. Said that it went through, never sent any email confirmation and there’s no confirmation number or phone number to have called to address this.
Now I’m being informed that I’m past the 30 day cancellation refund? I’ve been submitting requests since 11/18/2014! I have at least 20 submitted cancellation requests. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I did EVERYTHING the site requested I do to have these funds returned back to me and even stopped posting, so it wouldn’t interfere with anything.
My cancellation reason was that I could not afford the premium upgrade at this time and would purchase at a later time. Now I don’t want to invest money at all for fear that this will happen again.

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you and my apologies for the hassle with the refund. Our goal is to make that go as smoothly as possible, not to make it frustrating.
