  How do I chat with someone for support. I have the premium version. I usually have a pop up box on the bottom right… it’s not appearing. Thanks!

  Hi, Kat! If the pop up box for live chat support isn’t appearing, it means there aren’t any chat support folks available at the moment. You can either wait to see if someone becomes available to chat with, or contact us through our contact form to get help this way. :)
