Premium Hold

  Hello,

  I have been using the Premium free trial for about two weeks now and will be charged for the upgrade tomorrow. Is there a way to put the upgrade on hold? and if I do not upgrade right away, what will happen to my site in the meantime??

  Hi!

  We can definitely put the Premium bundle on hold for a bit. While we decide how to proceed forward, I bumped out the expiration date another week. So, you shouldn’t be charged right away. Two main changes if you decide not to purchase the bundle:

  1. It looks like you used the Premium bundle to register the domain beautyforashesmakeupartistry.com. The biggest change if you decide not to renew the bundle is that your domain would stop working. If you would like to keep the domain, but not the bundle, we can set that up. That would just be an $18 payment instead of $99.

  2. It looks like you also have some custom CSS active. If you choose not to renew the domain, that would resort back to the theme default.

  You would also lose access to the other upgrades mentioned here:

  WordPress.com Premium [Redirects to Plans]

  Can you let me know how you would like to proceed?

  Thanks for getting back to me:)

  I actually already purchased an $18.00 domain name, separate from the trial.
  Also, I definitely want to keep the Premium, I just won’t be able to pay for it until the end of this week”/

  Ah perfect! I missed that domain payment. Sorry about that!

  I went ahead and added $18 in credits to your account. That way, you can apply your domain payment to the Premium bundle purchase (a domain is included in the Premium bundle). So, you should only need to pay $81 for the bundle. I also disabled auto renewal so you can choose when you renew the bundle. It’s currently good through 4/4/15. You can renew at any time before that date here:
