Premium invoice – email address

Hi,
I changed my main email address, however I forgot that my premium account was paid with it !!
Fortunately I still have the receipt, how can I relate my account -with current email address- to the premium version again?Thanks,

Hi there,
To clarify, you are wanting to merge this new account and email with a site that has the Premium Plan under a different account? If so, what is the old email that you used, and what is the URL of the site associated with that email?
If you are trying to regain access to that account, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.

Hi !
Indeed, I would like to merge this account and email with the previous website with Premium Plan, under this account (Communclic).
Website used to be “community0920” , email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I was charged 300€ the 13th of October.
We deleted the previous account and replaced email address, so we can’t have access to it…If we can’t merge these accounts , would it be possible to have at least a refund ?
