Dear WordPress Support Team,

I purchased the Zuki Premium Theme but am now considering purchasing a full premium WordPress membership. If I signed up for the Premium Membership, would I be able to get a refund on the initial payment for the single Premium Theme?

Hi Ian –

I can give you a refund for the Zuki theme if you like, or I can create a manual payment link for you and deduct the price of Zuki from the Premium Plan. Either way is fine, but it could take up to ten days for a refund to reach you.
