Hi there! We recently updated our prices to reflect changes in tax and exchange rates. The new cost for the WordPress.com Premium plan is 99EUR.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

Thanks, for answering but when i gave my okay it was for 80 Euro NOT for 99 Euro. When i gave my credit card and informations i signed for 80 Euro. Normaly you have to tell the customer in case price changes. I was not informed. What to do now?

You should have gotten an email the day before the charge went through that mentioned the new price.
I’m happy to refund the difference for you though. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement. This is a one time price change, so you’ll need to pay the full price when you renew next year.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with!

Thats the reason why because i have never got an email. Thank you Shana for your efforts. I am also happy to hear that. I really love blogging!!! Great that wordpress has such a friendly and helpfull support.
Thanks Lu

Sorry you didn’t get that email. :( I’ll let the store team know.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else, Lu! :)

Hey Shawna, how is it going? Can you help me out with another problem. I want to translate my blog into other languages. How does it work?
greethings, Lu

Hi Lu!
There are a few different ways of displaying your blog into multiple languages. We have a guide here:
The trickier part is usually translations. Unless you plan to translate them yourself, a lot of folks will use tools provided by Google Translate. Like this:

Hi Alex,
thank you. What i want is just 2 or 3 other languages. And i want them shown as buttons on the first page. The pages you sended my, do they also exist in german?

…i think i need a plug in to use google translate therefor right? But there is no plug in director or button in my menu. Would be nice if you can help me ;)

You can create Google Translate links without a plugin:
- Visit https://translate.google.com/
- On the right, type in a website’s address and select its original language (Example)
- This will auto-fill some information on the right. Select the language you want it translated to. Click Translate. (Example)
- This opens up a translated page. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. (Example)
- Paste that URL into a link on your site. I bet adding this to a Text Widget link would be a good idea.
While on that translated page, you can change to multiple languages, and the URL will update.
