    hi premium membership canceled. I canceled my membership premium refund 10 days did not

    There is no such thing as premium membership. That said we can purchase a premium bundle of upgrades that applies to a single blog for a single year. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Thanks for the added information for Staff. This thread is tagged for Staff and what’s required now is your patience, as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

    This must be common. I am having the same trouble. The whole thing seems like a scam. Premium bundle has a free trial period (or that is what they tell you). If you cancel before it renews they claim they will send a link (which you must complete in 12 hours) and you click on it to cancel but no link comes. I would recommend notifying your credit card company, disputing the charges right away and then seeking all other recourse.
