Premium membership reset

I am a premium member of wordpress.com. I have done my custom design and saved it and have been using it for years now. Yesterday I tried to export this blog and import it on my test blog. After the import, I see that the premium subscription on my site is gone. All my custom design, gone.
When I go to custom design, the CSS changed that I made are shown in the CSS editor but to save it says “get premium subscription”.
Please help me get my premium account back.
