  I already payed for the Premium Plan but it not avaible for me! I am very worried about because it was debted in my credit card. I need a solution beause the wordpress is robbing me!!! Help me.

  I’ve checked the account you are contacting us from and no upgrades are listed, which suggests you used another account.

  Please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Can you see the plan listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account?

  If that doesn’t work, can you confirm the address of the site mentioned in the receipt? Please do not share any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums though.

  Let me know how you get on.
