Premium not effective.

The email that shows on my account is a redirect email due to me no longer being enrolled in school. When I logged in with the original account it still shows I am on a free plan but I have a copy of the receipt in my email.

Hello, as @staartmees says you opened a topic concerning the same issue and the staff actually responded. Go back to the thread and maybe provide them with the information they require if you still have not come right with your problem. Here is the thread link just in case.
