Premium not working?

I paid for premium a few months ago and I am able to customise my blog and have a custom domain url, but up the top of my WordPress it still says “Go Premium”
It’s annoying because it doesn’t recognise that I have premium already, so whilst I can do some premium things I can’t for example, upload videos.
I have chatted with support a number of times because sometimes it recognises I have premium and everything works, and then some times it switches back to basic WordPress.
I have even paid for premium twice because I thought maybe it didn’t go through the first time, but after checking my billing history it shows I have been charged twice.
I dont know what to do. Last time I chatted with support, they seemed to have fixed it saying there was a problem but it started playing up again within a few days.
I dont even remember how I chatted with support and can’t find any where to get someone from WordPress to fix the problem.
So now I’m hoping that theres someone here in the forum that can help me out. Or maybe this is a bigger problem that I need WordPress techs to fix?
I dont know. Whatever is happening is extremely frustrating.

I’ve taken a look at your account, and it definitely shows that you had the Premium plan purchased for lauramaewilliams.wordpress.com. I’ve tried resetting things and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Please let me know if you continue to have issues with this, and will look into it further for you.
