Premium Not Working

I just paid for Premium and I can’t use any of the features. I received a confirmation email saying my payment went through, but Word Press says I haven’t paid yet. I’m not paying twice for the same thing. What is going on and how can I access the features I just paid for?

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?

If the payment info you have is a match for what we show in our system it will clarify what site it is associated with.
